The C&O has two private dining rooms well suited to accommodate a wide range of hospitality possibilities.  Our staff will work closely with you to create a memorable event and menu suited to your needs and taste.

C&O Gallery
Taking its name from the rotating art offered from local artists, the gallery provides an intimate space for your next party or dinner. Guests are typically seated at one long table.  The space is versatile and can be arranged to accommodate cocktail receptions or formal sit-down dinners.  A projector and screen are available for PowerPoint presentations or slide shows.  The Gallery is available for dinner parties of 10 to 24 guests or cocktail receptions for up to 36 guests.

The Upstairs Dining Room
Our upstairs dining room once served as a bunk room for the men who worked on the C&O railroad line between Charlottesville and Clifton Forge. It now serves as a formal dining room. The space is beautifully lit with ambient light from the windows that surround the room. It is often used for rehearsal dinners, business meetings, and special family gatherings. The space is equipped with a projector and pull-down screen.  The Upstairs dining room is available for events of 25-36 guests.
